Love this Location! Well stocked, clean and the check out line moved fairly quickly. Gas was cheaper here. My favorite Sam's!

This is completely ridiculous. They don't have any employees working any stations. They want you to do everything by yourself. Self-checkout and it's completely useless and they want you to use the app for everything. I don't like apps I like when people wait on me. What is the point of going to Sam's? I guess I just won't renew my membership. What's the point?

I came by a few times and was unable to find some specific items that are staples of the sams club brand. Sometimes even after the app said it was in stock. I received an email with a survey, I completed it stating the above and Jesse G replied to me with details specifying why it happened, what they were doing to fix things on their end and when I could expect to find the items. And true to his word, it happened. Professionalism and customer service, thanks Jesse.

A very nice upscale looking store to fit the upscale looking area. The store itself seemed a bit smaller than the one we usually visit, but we were just grabbing a couple of things before heading home (home being 2 hrs away). The few clerks we spoke with were all nice, and helpful.

I’ve been a Sam’s Club member for years, and honestly it continues to be one of the best values for my household. The Franklin location is usually clean, well-stocked, and the employees have always been helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. One of the biggest reasons I keep my membership is the savings on everyday items. Between groceries, household supplies, electronics, and automotive products, I consistently save money compared to shopping at traditional retail stores. Recently I purchased a Duracell AGM battery for a vehicle, and the price was significantly better than what local auto parts stores and even roadside assistance companies were charging. The Scan & Go feature is a game changer. Being able to skip long checkout lines makes shopping much faster and less stressful. The pharmacy, tire center, and optical department have also provided excellent service whenever I’ve needed them. I also appreciate that Sam’s carries quality brands while still offering competitive pricing. The store is generally organized, easy to navigate, and inventory turnover is good, so products don’t sit around forever. Even during busy weekends, the staff works hard to keep things moving. No
